About This Department
The Nursing Administration department provides leadership, planning, staffing, training and quality assurance for the nursing workforce at JOOTRH. It coordinates nurse deployment across wards and units, manages nurse education and CPD, and ensures that nursing standards, policies and procedures are upheld throughout the hospital.
