Gynaecology Services

The key objective of this department is to provide good services for clients by reducing turnover time and providing the best quality services to patients.

The department admits cases below 28 weeks for pregnancy and any other conditions e.g. malaria, pneumonia, e.t.c.

The conditions handled at the department are outlined as:

• Incomplete/complete, threatened pregnancies, habitual pregnancies, and in case of sepsis.
• Inevitable and ectopic and criminal abortions
• Ovarian cysts, fibroids, abnormal uterine bleeding, post-menopausal bleeding.
• Patients with oncology cases i.e. cervical, valve, uterus, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, and cancer

Notable equipment used in this department is the suction machine.
